Ciao a tutti,

Hope you had a great day celebrating Italian Cuisine - on the 17th of January chefs across the world cooked up some great Italian dishes. More than 40 countries participated as well as at least 12 cruise ships of Costa Cruises. The theme was Pesto Genovese and if you haven't prepared yourselves one yet we have some information on the recipe.

We have a couple of great practical articles this week. First up - if you are interested in bringing your dog to Italy check out this article that has an updated account on the current rules and possibilities. Secondly, if you have an Italian property you might be interested in the following tips on how to best take advantage of your investement.

Until next week - saluti a tutti!

Borgo Belvederi

Borgo Belvederi is a magnificent and secluded ancient hamlet, nestled on top of a green hill about 2 miles from the city of Camerino, in Le Marche.

Overlooking the valley, the eight homes of the Borgo offer five-star accommodation in a unique setting, not far from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic, the tall Sibillini mountains and some of the most famous cities of art of Central Italy.

Enjoy the large scenic pool, or wander around the Borgo and its surrounding chestnut forest. Discover the nearby picturesque villages, ancient retreats, ghost towns and medieval castles, or just relax by the small piazza sipping our own label wine.
