NCL’s Sheehan: ‘We want more agents selling this product’

Kevin Sheehan has a message for travel agents: Norwegian Cruise Line needs you. In response to recent reports about NCL's direct business, Sheehan, the line's CEO, said that the company's percentage of direct business, about one quarter of its sales, "is in the middle of the major contemporary lines, a lot less than some, a little more than others."    Read More
